An Arabic-first business platform

One workspace for your team. Clear boundaries for every organization.

SWNGO brings business modules into one platform while keeping memberships, permissions, subscriptions, and seats explicit. The journey starts with CRM in a limited private beta.

Account creation appears only when public signup is enabled. Self-service purchasing is not available.

Platform model

  1. 01

    Your organization is the context

Membership, work, and data stay tied to the active organization.

  2. 02

    Access has distinct layers

Subscriptions, seats, roles, and permissions remain separate and clear.

  3. 03

Each module stands on its own

Modules are enabled by what the organization owns and the member may use.

Arabic first

Native RTL with complete English support.

Organization boundaries

Membership and access context stay explicit.

Admin MFA

Required for platform and organization admins.

Server enforcement

The interface never decides authorization.

Operational clarity

Less tool sprawl. Clearer control.

The problem is not only the number of tools. It is losing organization context, ownership, and the boundary around who can do what. SWNGO keeps those boundaries visible instead of hiding them behind a generic workspace.

  1. 01

    Context that stays visible

Members know the organization and module they are acting in.

  2. 02

    Ownership that stays distinct

What the organization owns is separate from each member’s role and seat.

  3. 03

    Administration without impersonation

Platform operations use limited administrative metadata, not customer identities.

Modules

Start with what is available. Know what is planned.

Every module has a truthful status. No unapproved dates or capabilities, and no blur between the current product and the roadmap.

Private beta

CRM

An operational workspace for contacts, prospects, opportunities, and follow-ups, with the data-quality and reporting tools available in the current build.

  • B2C and B2B contacts and sales
  • Operational opportunities, stages, and follow-ups
  • Imports, exports, and duplicate review
  • Operational reports within access boundaries

Roadmap

The following names are planned product directions only. Their details and availability are not approved yet.

  • Unified InboxPlanned
  • OMSPlanned
  • ERPPlanned

Documented use cases

For the work the product supports today.

A

Sales teams

Organize customers, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM with clear ownership and a reviewable operating history.

B

Organization administration

Manage members, roles, permissions, subscriptions, and seats without collapsing them into one access concept.

Trust and security

Trust is an operating boundary, not a slogan.

Access boundaries are enforced on the server, while platform administration remains separate from customer business content.

  • Organization-scoped access with PostgreSQL RLS as an additional defense layer.
  • Server checks for membership, subscription, seat, role, and permission.
  • MFA is required for platform and organization administrators.
  • Secure server-side sessions with no browser-stored access tokens.
  • Limited administrative metadata with no platform impersonation.

Pricing

Launch plans are still being approved.

We will not publish amounts, currency, or discounts before pricing and tax treatment are approved. At launch, a plan will reflect the organization’s actual configuration.

What will shape a plan?

  • 01Enabled modules
  • 02Seat count
  • 03Available features
  • 04Usage limits

There is no public self-service purchase or checkout today.

FAQ

Direct answers before you start.

What is SWNGO?

An Arabic-first business platform that brings independent modules into one workspace while keeping organization, membership, permission, subscription, and seat boundaries explicit.

What is available now?

CRM is available in a limited private beta. Unified Inbox, OMS, and ERP are planned, and their availability details are not approved yet.

Can each module be used independently?

The platform separates modules and their subscriptions. Members see only what their organization owns and what their role and seat allow.

How much does it cost?

Launch plans, pricing, and tax treatment are still being approved, so no amount or currency is published at this stage.

How are organization boundaries protected?

Operations verify organization context, membership, and access on the server, with database isolation policies as an additional defense layer.

How do I create an account?

The account-creation link appears when public signup opens. Existing account holders can sign in directly now.

Account access

Sign in now, or create an account when signup opens.

Public signup is closed by default. The marketing site collects no request details, while existing account holders can continue directly to the app.

If you already have an account, continue to the app and sign in.
